This week I have been fortunate to find out about Feng Zhu, one of the gods from the entertainment art industry. He is an admirable concept artist with unparalleled skills and has the kindness to invest time in sharing a wealth of knowledge in his youtube channel with 10min+ videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/FZDSCHOOL

The most important thing I have learned from a few of the videos I’ve seen so far is that there is NO shortcut to this industry, or to any art-related position. There is only one way to become great at something and that is working hard, every day. You have to DRAW, DRAW and DRAW, EVERY day, as much as you can.

You need to learn something new every day, and ask yourself: Am I better today than what I was yesterday? Have I come closer to my goal today?
